Shaft and sleeve turning held to 0.01 mm for seal seats and bearing fits.

Casing and impeller milling with in-cell probing on critical bores.
Dynamic Balancing
Rotors balanced to G2.5 so vibration stays inside ISO 10816 limits.
Weld And Fabrication
Baseplates, skids, and booster headers fabricated and stress-relieved in house.

Hydraulic Test Bench
Flow, head, and power logged against the quoted curve up to 250 kW.
Panel Checks
Point-to-point wiring, insulation, and function test on every control cabinet.
Serial Records
Torque logs, seal batch numbers, and test results filed under the pump serial.

Drawing Sign-Off
Layout, coupling dimensions, and paint spec confirmed with your engineer.
Material Release
Castings and bar stock released after incoming inspection.
