Centrifugal Pumps unit built by Aquaflow Pumps
01 / Series Overview

One Frame, Three Duty Ranges

The AF-C series covers the workhorse duties of a water utility or process plant: raw water intake, pressure boosting, chilled and cooling water, and general transfer. Every wetted part follows one hydraulic frame, so spare parts stay common across the range and your maintenance team learns one pump.

  • Back pull-out casing: service without touching pipework
  • IE3 efficiency motors, 50 or 60 Hz, voltages to client standard
  • Cast iron, bronze-fitted, or 316L wetted parts
  • Closed impeller with replaceable wear rings

03 / Applications

Where The Centrifugal Pumps Runs

Six duties this series handles week in, week out, with the configuration notes our engineers apply first.

Municipal Water Supply

Booster sets and intake stations running AF-C-150 and AF-C-200 frames around the clock.

HVAC And Cooling

Chilled and condenser water loops with N+1 layouts and common baseplates.

Irrigation Networks

Pivot and drip supply with sand-filter backwash duty.

Process Transfer

Slightly loaded process water in food, paper, and general industry.

Fire Water

Listed configurations for hydrant and sprinkler feed.

Marine And Shipyard

Ballast and utility sea water with bronze-fitted wetted parts.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Can AF-C pumps handle sea water?

Yes, with the bronze-fitted or 316L configuration. Select the AF-C-S variant and confirm the chloride level and temperature with our engineer so we match seal and gasket materials.

What is the lead time for an AF-C-250?

The AF-C-250 frame is made to order. Standard lead time is 6 to 8 weeks after drawing approval, plus shipping. Stock frames AF-C-065 to AF-C-200 usually ship within 10 working days.

Do you supply complete booster sets?

Yes. We build 2 to 6 pump booster sets on one baseframe with common suction and discharge headers, control cabinet, and pressure transducers, tested as one unit before shipment.

Which seals are available?

Mechanical seal in SiC/SiC or SiC/Carbon with EPDM or FKM elastomers, or soft packing for abrasive duties. Gland-less magnetic-drive versions are available on request for aggressive fluids.

What certifications come with the pump?

CE declaration of conformity, ISO 9001 factory certificate, hydrostatic test report, and performance curve. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TUV) can be arranged before shipment.
